Responsibilities

• Digitally process corporate loan applications, including Business Loans, Banker's Guarantees, Trade Facilities, Forex Exchange Lines, Overdraft Facilities, Commercial Property Loans, HDB Shops & Industrial Property Loans, Equipment Financing, and Corporate Credit Cards.
• Perform accounting spreads of financial statements.
• Conduct documentation checks on submitted application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness for processing.
• Perform eligibility checks on applicants via the Online Enterprise Financing System to ensure compliance with limit aggregation and account conduct requirements.
• Follow up with Sales and Branches on outstanding loan documentation or information.
• Perform data entry and verification in the credit system for evaluation, facilitation of auto-generation of Letters of Offer, and updating of bank records.
• Liaise with relevant business units for loan processing matters.
• Handle weekly and monthly MIS reports for the unit.
• Create and maintain MIS databases for operational records.
