The Site Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. This role acts as the key liaison between site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Oversee daily site operations and construction progress
• Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors
• Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions before execution

Planning & Coordination

• Develop and manage project work schedules
• Plan resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment)
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Identify potential delays and implement recovery plans

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
