Summary

The Payroll & Billing Officer supports the core of our business where we provide external customers with payroll administrative services. The successful incumbent will be responsible for payroll services delivery.

Responsibilities / Duties :

• Understanding the employment and business terms of different clients
• Perform weekly and monthly payroll run on a timely and accurate basis
• Process expense claims
• Timely submission of CPF contributions and IR21
• Enter, check and verify payroll and overtime information in time sheet application
• Handle payroll related enquiries

Requirements :

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year experience in external payrolling
• Math and Numeracy skills
• Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge in payroll software
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented
• Results oriented, meticulous with ability to plan and prioritize
