Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist users with technical problems to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (PCs, printers, network devices, etc.)
• Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Network, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus software, and backup systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Experience with Auto Count SQL, Navision systems, cloud platforms, or remote support tools

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
