• To prepare 2D engineering drawing using ACAD or similar 2D software
• To update the technical details to the system
• To assist in scanning and uploading of document
• To assist in handling of customer feedback and complains case
• To update the case to Customer Service Portal
• To follow up with the case until closure

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in engineering drawing
• Experience in handling of customer service
• Good communication skills in writing
• Fast and independent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
