Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead a team of technicians in executing facilities management activities, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring service quality.
  • Electrical Maintenance Oversight:
    Supervise and attend to electrical maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
  • Fault Analysis & Troubleshooting:
    Investigate and analyze breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare, review, and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to maintenance activities and system performance.
  • Project Monitoring:
    Oversee ad-hoc facilities projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project specifications.
  • General Duties:
    Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
  • Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
