Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced C# Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring robust software delivery, and driving innovation in developing cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, MSSQL, and related technologies, coupled with proven leadership experience.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development;
• Strong knowledge of WPF, ASP.NET, and modern development frameworks;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Octopus Deploy;
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL;
• Proficient in Git with solid grasp of Git workflows;
• Experience in Agile Scrum teams; familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively;
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS);

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications;
• Architect , implement and troubleshoot scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using C# and MSSQL;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Oversee the development of user interfaces using WPF and web applications in ASP.NET;
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Octopus Deploy;
• Maintain and optimize database performance and ensure data integrity;
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
