Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead to lead the migration and transformation of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions within an enterprise HR landscape. 

·      The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and Singapore Payroll, along with experience integrating with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and supporting strategic HR transformation initiatives.

·      The role will be responsible for leading payroll and time management design, managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, advising on future-state HR architecture, and driving end-to-end delivery through implementation, cutover, and hyper-care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lift-and-shift migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.

• Own and design SAP Time Management processes including: Work schedules, Time schemas, Absence and attendance quotas, Overtime calculations, Allowances and related rules

• Deliver and support Singapore Payroll statutory requirements, including: CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG

• Design and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) ↔ SAP S/4HANA HCM integration.

• Design payroll posting interfaces between Payroll and Finance (FI/CO).

• Conduct Hire-to-Exit (H2E) workshops and advise on future HR platform strategies, including: SAP S/4HANA HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Lead onshore and offshore teams through: Data migration, Parallel payroll runs, Cutover activities, Hyper-care support

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Experience

• 12–15 years of overall experience in SAP HCM.

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in:

o SAP HCM Payroll

o Time Management

o Singapore Payroll (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with:

o SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

o EC Integration with SAP HCM/S/4HANA

• At least 2 end-to-end Payroll implementations or migration projects.

• Strong experience in payroll transformation and HR system modernization initiatives.
