Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with organizational and technology objectives.
- Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of enterprise technology initiatives and transformation programs.
- Create compelling communication content across multiple channels, including intranet platforms, newsletters, digital communications, and leadership messaging.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and end users.
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives through targeted communication campaigns.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and business-friendly communications.
- Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Communications, Change Communications, or related functions.
- Experience working in multinational organizations with regional or APAC stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, IT, or enterprise change initiatives.
- Strong presentation, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within technology, ICT, consulting, banking, or digital transformation environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-wide technology implementation or organizational transformation programs.
- Knowledge of APAC regulatory environments, including MAS, JFSA, or technology risk frameworks, will be advantageous.
- Experience supporting executive communications and leadership engagement initiatives.
