Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist for a full-time, on-site position at our practice located in the Johor Bahru, Kajang & Setiawangsa KL. The Dentist will perform a variety of dental procedures, assess oral health conditions, diagnose dental issues, create treatment plans, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices. Additional responsibilities include supervising dental assistants, documenting patient care, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing dental treatments, including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent patient communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with up-to-date dental technologies and compliance standards
• Relevant academic qualifications, including a recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree
• Valid dental practice license and certification in Malaysia
• Attention to detail, dexterity, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in managing a dental team or clinic operations is a plus
