Job Summary

The Logistics Assistant supports daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries, inventory handling, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily delivery and collection schedules

• Liaise with drivers, warehouse team, and customers on job updates

• Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and documents

• Perform data entry and update records in the system

• Support inventory tracking and stock movement

• Picking and packing of goods for delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the warehouse

• Monitor job progress and report any delays or issues

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all logistics records

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior logistics experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Half Day)

• 5.5 working days per week
