As our business expands, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our daily operations and enhance customer fulfilment experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.

• Support order fulfilment processes such as picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for delivery.

• Perform inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse partners, and delivery service providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in preparing shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory reports.

• Ensure products are stored properly according to company standards, especially for baby care products requiring quality and hygiene control.

• Support logistics improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and office environment.

• Ability to handle light physical tasks, including moving and organizing products when required.
