Job Description & Requirements

• Carrying out site measurements
• Manage costing and budgeting for on-going and tender projects
• Processing of payment claimsand final accounts
• Perform liaison with client and main contractors
• Evaluate review terms and conditions of contracts
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Min Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proficient in AUTOCAD & EXCEL
• Minimum 3 years of working exerience in construction industry(special for RC works)
