Job Responsibilities

• Provide AV setup and technical support for lessons, CCAs, examinations, meetings, and school events.
• Manage live streaming, video conferencing, photography, videography, and multimedia production.
• Support ICT-integrated lessons and assist with video editing and post-production.
• Advise on AV and multimedia equipment procurement and software selection.
• Conduct staff training on the use of AV and multimedia tools.
• Oversee maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs of AV equipment.
• Maintain inventory records, equipment loans, servicing logs, and asset tracking.
• Support procurement planning, budgeting, and equipment replacement.
• Work closely with the ICT team and school departments to provide AV and multimedia support.
• Coordinate AV-related projects, including vendor liaison and implementation.
• Assist with school website updates, digital content creation, PA system support, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Multimedia Design, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience managing AV systems and multimedia production.
• At least 2 years of experience in AV equipment maintenance, asset management, and inventory control.
• Experience with photography, videography, video editing, live streaming, and video conferencing.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Off on weekends and public holidays, except when support is required for school events.

Time-off will be provided for approved work performed outside regular working hours.
