About the Role
Join us as an AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent AI algorithms that transform visual and audio experiences in consumer electronics, driving innovation in TVs, monitors, and smart home products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI algorithms for image, video, and audio processing to enhance user experience.
• Develop machine learning models for content recognition, scene analysis, and adaptive display adjustments.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize AI algorithms for embedded systems and GPUs.
• Conduct research to explore and apply new AI techniques relevant to TV, monitor, and audio technologies.
• Advise product management and project teams on AI-related requirements to align technology with business goals.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for image enhancement, noise reduction, HDR processing, and upscaling.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to iteratively improve AI models and solutions.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision to maintain technological leadership.
• Understand and apply AI-related regulations such as the EU AI Act to ensure compliance.
• Lead, propose, or participate in feasibility studies for AI-related innovation projects.
• Contribute to advancing display technologies and human-computer interaction in TVs and monitors.
• Monitor developments in cloud and edge AI technologies and identify applications for TVs, displays, audio products, and IoT smart home devices.
• Communicate effectively with external technology partners to translate concepts into product roadmaps.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in AI, machine learning, computer vision, embedded systems, or consumer electronics.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including model training, optimization, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++, with experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and LLM/SLM technologies.
• Experience with embedded AI, GPU optimization, or edge AI deployment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
