We are seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth outlet operations whilst maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
**Job Description**
Greet guests & present menu with excellent food and beverage knowledge
Provide recommendations, take food / drink orders and serve meals
Process payments
Work with kitchen colleagues to deliver a smooth dining experience
Handle complaints / incidents
Handle stock count and replenishment
Initiate recycling and implement cost-saving measures
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
