The Operations Executive in the department manage operations. He/she plans logistics for service teams to meet schedules on time, ensuring adherence to work requirements, while maintaining quality work and productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan the daily deployment of replacement manpower to cover absenteeism.
- Ensure teams carry out daily toolbox tasks adequately and submit them.
- Ensure the float team follows the schedule strictly and submits duly signed job sheets.
- Maximise team effectiveness by ensuring adherence to schedules and assigned work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with float teams and/or site gardeners.
- Report immediately to HR or the Safety Manager if you observe any discipline or safety problems.
- Plan monthly, OT, and ad-hoc work schedules to support operations.
- Provide backup manpower support for ad-hoc and weekend jobs.
- Plan and coordinate ad-hoc works, materials, logistics, and schedules with the Manager.
- Reconcile discrepancies in timesheets twice monthly before ERP submission.
- Update the manpower database monthly in Excel format.
- Update the database for confirmed job work schedules and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with HR on permit/core trade renewals for workers, including accommodation and home-leave matters.
