We are seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join our accounting team. This role supports daily financial operations, including accounts processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial workflows.



**Job Description**

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Assist in preparing financial reports, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities
Maintain organised financial records and documentation in compliance with accounting standard
Prepare audit related documents for Singapore and oversea affiliates / branches
Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

Perform intercompany billing
Any other assignment as may be assigned / designated by the supervisor



**Job Requirements**

Certification /Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
