Job Description
Partner Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with distribution partners, resellers, affiliates, and online sales channels to ensure high partner satisfaction and retention.
Channel Expansion: Actively identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners to expand the company's market reach, specifically leveraging experience within the Electrical Appliances segment.
Strategic Revenue Growth: Design and implement targeted sales strategies, promotional agreements, and pricing structures to optimize channel performance and drive overall revenue growth.
Training and Enablement: Conduct product education, technical updates, and partner training sessions to ensure distributors and resellers are fully equipped to sell the company's products effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Negotiation: Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements while collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align business objectives and resolve partner issues.
Job Requirements
