Job Description
• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and portion control at all times
• Monitor food freshness and ensure ingredients are handled and stored correctly
• Assist with ingredient ordering, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers as required
• Support inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and regular stock checks to minimize waste and shortages
• Ensure kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Report any quality, safety, or inventory concerns promptly to supervisors
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Strong understanding of the importance of food hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Ability to manage stock, monitor inventory levels, and assist with ingredient ordering
• Good teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural work environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Food hygiene certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain upon employment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
We prefer someone who is efficient, quick on their feet, and has good judgment.
Monday -Saturday(Half day) working . Restaurant close every Sunday.
