We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Conditioning Engineering Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, as well as supporting Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Support ACMV works for building construction and A&A projects.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams as required.
• Travel to various project sites across Singapore to perform assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in building construction systems, particularly in Addition & Alteration (A&A) works.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel islandwide.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Offer will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
