岗位职责
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and coordinate the GM calendar, appointments, and meetings
Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
Track and manage confidential documents and company records
Assist in drafting business correspondence and reports
Monitor deadlines and follow up on key action items
Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Support project coordination and business initiatives
Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and payment documentation
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Maintain professionalism in all communications
