岗位职责

1. Sales Development

• Identify and approach potential clients within assignedterritories or market segment.

• Prepare and present comprehensive service proposals andquotations

• Respond to tenders and requests for quotations withinrequired time frames

• Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines

2. Client Relationship Management

• Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospectiveand existing clients

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly andprofessionally

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smoothcompletion of contracts

• Collect client feedback and communicate to relevantdepartments

• May require occasional evening work for client meetings

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Identify new market opportunities and potential serviceofferings

• Gather intelligence on pricing trends and customerpreferences

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies andapproaches

4. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records in the company’s system

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports

• Document client requirements and contract specifications

• Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems

5. Key Account Management

• Personally manage relationships with major clients and keyaccounts

• Develop account growth strategies for existing clients

• Oversee contract negotiations for agreements

• Resolve complex client issues and ensure serviceexcellence

• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for key accounts

6. Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Contribute to the company's strategic planning process

• Provide regular reports to senior management on salesperformance

• Analyse competitive landscape and provide strategicinsights

• Represent the company at industry events and networkingforums
