Job Summary

Manage and coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure timely clearance, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Collaborate with clearance vendors to expedite fast terminal clearance for shipments
  • Verify and declare accurate permits for all shipments to comply with regulations
  • Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays
  • Communicate shipment status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners
  • Record shipment arrivals and arrange timely delivery and proof of delivery (POD)
  • Support cost and selling price accuracy for each shipment job
  • Generate accurate and prompt billing invoices for customers
  • Monitor vendor service standards and ensure compliance with agreed requirements
  • Manage vendor performance to guarantee timely deliveries and quality service
  • Respond to requests for quotations (RFQ) and rate inquiries to support sales efforts
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management
