• Salary up to $3,800 per month  
• Clarke Quay/ City Hall MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• 7- month contract, subject to extension

Responsibilities:

• Administration of training programmes, including liaising with relevant teams to publicise programmes and ensuring training runs as scheduled.
• Working with School Heads to draft publicity for local commercial attachments and collating interest.
• Drafting submissions for overseas attachment applications.
• Maintaining and tracking budget utilisation based on monthly Finance GL reports and ensuring claims submission compliance.
• Preparing quarterly budget utilisation updates for divisions.
• Supporting the annual call for overseas trip requests and assisting in drafting mega papers.
• Maintaining and updating training roadmaps, OCC, and overseas conference listings in the internal system.
• Coordinating with relevant departments on orientation for new officers.

Requirements:

• Degree holders with prior administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a training, HR, or Learning & Development context.
• Experience in a government or public sector setting is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Singaporeans only
