Assist Demi Chef / Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations at the clubhouse.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning, as well as assisting in the preparation of ingredients for staff meals at the staff canteen, restaurant, and café.
Cook and plate food items under supervision according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures in compliance with food safety and Halal requirements.
Report any shortages, damages, or safety issues to the superior immediately.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Management.
