The chef is responsible to prepare a wide range of breads / pastries.
Job location: Central Kitchen (Plaza Berjaya)
Job Responsibilities: - Operations
- Prepare, bake and present all baked items/pastry/food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
- Assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of all baked items/pastry/food.
- Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items in the menu.
- Ensure that procedures for equipment, and work areas are in compliance to the established standards.
- Assist in keeping food wastage to minimum, through correct product measurement.
- Maintain good knowledge on standard baking/pastry/cooking preparation through training by immediate superior/ manual provided by the company.\
Skills & Requirement:
- Baking / Pastry preparation or cooking
- At least a technical certificate in Culinary Art/ Baking / Pastry or any related fields
- At least 1 years of experience working in the Food and Beverage industry. (Baker)
- Able to work for early shift
- Have own transport that can commute to work easily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
