Responsibilities:

• Handle daily service calls from customer and proper record all customer details and requirements.
• To prepare the quotation for customers based on customer requirements.
• Responsible to establish good relationship with customers. Liaising between customer and service crews to ensure the servicing and repairing service can be carried out smoothly and on time.
• Issue delivery order, cash sale, payment voucher and other relevant documents.
• Resolve customer complaints via meeting, phone and email.
• Support day-to-day administrative and accounting duties related to machine service and repair matters.
• Monitor outstanding payments and in charge of debts collections.
• To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, report, filing records are consistent with the completeness of supporting documents.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any fields or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
• Able to multi-task, a proven team player, positive working attitude and committed with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in writing and good communication skills.
