We're hiring an Admin & Business Coordinator who can keep the office running smoothly and get out into the field to support our marketing team. No two days look the same — one moment you're managing supplies, the next you're meeting clients across town.
What you'll do:
- Visit corporate clients to build relationships, deliver documents, and support presentations
- Re-engage quiet accounts and help revive our sales pipeline
- Handle phone/email inquiries and log them in our tracking system
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate training schedules and prepare course materials
- Keep daily operations, mail, and courier arrangements on track
What we're looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written + spoken) — Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Confident, friendly, and persistent — comfortable on the phone and face-to-face
- Own a motorbike (preferably a scooter/kapcai e.g. Honda EX5, Yamaha LC135, or similar) + valid Malaysian license — local travel required
- Good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
