Role Overview

We are seeking an ETD Operations Analyst to support Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) operations across multiple business lines. This role is responsible for managing the trade lifecycle, resolving operational queries, ensuring accurate trade processing, and supporting risk and control activities. You will work closely with Trading, Sales, Technology, and global operations teams to ensure smooth post-trade processing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options) transactions.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and operational queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of ETD trades while minimizing operational risk.
• Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, Sales, and Trading teams regarding operational matters.
• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and service standards.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.
• Work closely with global teams to standardize processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Participate in projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives related to ETD operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in ETD Operations, Derivatives Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office, Capital Markets Operations, or related functions.
• Understanding of Futures & Options products and trade lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of investment banking or financial markets operations will be preferred.
