What you'll be doing
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office organisation
- Providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements
- Assisting with the coordination of various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Own transport
