Principle Duties:

• Oversee daily shipping operations – planning, accurate documents for customs clearance, monitor delivery and delivery on time.

• Supervise and train staffs on best practices.

• Coordinate with Logistics service providers – shipping quotation, consolidation, loading plan to meet customers’ requirements.

• Addressing any issues or complaints related to shipping and delivery.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil customer orders.

• Assist Senior Logistics Manager on ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as shipping manager, and at least 10 years in related position.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good in English and Mandarin.

• Degree in supply chain management or relevant field.
