The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times.

Governed and administered engineering information systems, technical documentation, and manufacturing systems to support operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
Managed the Engineering Technical Library, overseeing the transfer, control, maintenance, and lifecycle management of OEM and internal engineering documents across digital platforms.
Served as Product Owner for key shopfloor systems, including MES and PinPoint, driving system enhancements, deployment, user support, licensing management, and vendor coordination.
Led continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and manufacturing systems to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Oversaw Engineering Master Data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across SAP and MES platforms.
Collaborated with engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors to implement system solutions and support business requirements.
Ensured compliance with regulatory, quality, and document control standards through effective management of engineering systems and records.
Supported business continuity, operational excellence, and digitalization initiatives through effective system administration and process optimization.

Qualification / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional certification or formal training in ERP/MES systems, project management, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in engineering systems, manufacturing systems, digitalisation, or technical operations support.
Hands-on experience with MES, SAP, ERP, or other manufacturing and engineering business systems.
Proven experience in data management, system administration, technical documentation control, and engineering data governance.
Demonstrated experience in system implementation, enhancement projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user support.
Experience collaborating with vendors, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver system improvements and operational efficiencies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or MRO processes and operations.
Knowledge of system integration, data governance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven track record of owning critical business systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
