Job Description
• Project Coordination & Execution
Lead the overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensure successful delivery.
• Project Management Methodology
Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high-quality standards, and fulfil user expectations.
• Planning & Team Oversight
Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee daily work efforts. Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, or timelines as necessary.
• Milestone Tracking & Resource Adjustment
Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving customer needs.
• Stakeholder Communication
Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
• 8 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 5 to 8 years in managing projects.
• Preferably experienced in the Financial and Banking industry.
• Capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders across various functions, including business users and system teams.
• Able to quickly understand and execute internal procedures and processes in alignment with compliance and governance frameworks.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting project reports to senior management.

• Banking Domains: wholesale Banking - Transaction Banking, Payments & Collections, Retail & Mobile Banking, Digital Channels
• Project Delivery: E2E Lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall, Process Reengineering, Manage minimum 3 projects within budget of SGD 10–25Mil.
• Technology & Ops: Core Banking, SWIFT, Online & Mobile Platforms
• Stakeholder Management: Senior Engagement, Cross-functional Leadership, Vendor Coordination
