AHT Cooling Systems Asia Pacific is expanding the team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to support our Finance team with daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets
• Handle supplier invoices, staff claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely completion of accounting activities
• Perform any other administrative or finance-related duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, BPC)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
