I am currently partnering with a massive enterprise logistics powerhouse here in Singapore. They are actively driving a large-scale "Supply Chain 4.0" transformation and moving away from legacy infrastructure to build a highly integrated, automated digital ecosystem.

This is not a standard backend software role. We are looking for a true hybrid IT/OT Solution Architect who can bridge modern cloud architecture with physical operations on the warehouse floor. If you understand the convergence of software engineering and operational technology, this is a massive playground.

The Challenge:

• Architect the Ecosystem: Lead the design and implementation of a hybrid-cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) that securely integrates core enterprise systems (WMS, OMS, SAP) with physical automation subsystems.
• Smart Warehouse Integration: Drive the interoperability of IoT devices, RFID scanners, vision AI, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and robotic platforms.
• Full-Stack & DevOps Leadership: Guide agile teams in delivering modern supply-chain applications (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python) while managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Data & Security Governance: Build robust data pipelines for advanced analytics (Power BI, AI dashboards) while ensuring strict IT/OT network segmentation and cybersecurity compliance (ISO27001, SOC2).

What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership, specifically within complex, data-driven environments.
• Deep hands-on capability across modern tech stacks (React, Node, .NET, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs).
• Proven experience integrating industrial hardware and protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA) with enterprise cloud platforms.
• Business-level fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively manage specific regional vendors and operational stakeholders.
