岗位职责

Job Description

  • Daily data entry for returns parcels
  • Research on streamlining outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
  • Coordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Business Development) and implement actions defined for operational excellence
  • Make decisions on disposal methods for return parcels based on the types of parcels
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • GCE O Level and above
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)
  • Responsible and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implications
  • Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
  • Able to work in a warehouse for night shift: Mon - Fri, 9pm to 6am (weekends maybe included)
  • Able to work in the West area of Singapore
