We are looking for : PM Facilities Technician

Location: Kulim, Kedah (On Site)

Working Hours: Normal (5 days / week)

Duties And Responsibilities

To ensure Facilities System including Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust, HVAC, FLSS and other downstream distribution system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements.

• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting.
• Fill up PM documentation as required (e.g. e-checklist) MAXIMO
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties.
• Assist internal maintenance technicians when PM activities completed.
• Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment- “Report and Escalate abnormalities

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline, with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering.
• Possess at least 1 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet
• Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
• Good written and oral communication skills deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.
