Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain quality document / specification.

• Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.

• Perform statistical analysis of varying data to management team.

• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.

• Identify customer needs and expectations.

• Assist in performing inbound inspections of selected raw materials / in process output to assure specifications are achieved.

• Verify all quality activities such as production, inspection and delivery operation.

• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.

• Investigate non- conformance’s root cause and take corrective / preventive action.

Requirements:

• Preferably Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Preferable at least 3 years work experience in plastic injection moulding.

• Have knowledge of Quality Management System will be advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication and management skills.

• Demonstrated strong leadership.

• Good problem solving and analytical skill

• Able to work under pressure.

• Computer literate.
