About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on software development experience and a strong technical background in building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications.

You will be involved throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from system design and development to deployment, maintenance, and technical support. This role offers opportunities to work with modern technologies and explore emerging fields such as AI and blockchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications.

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database systems.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues for internal teams and clients.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years+ of professional software development experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • PHP

  • Node.js

  • C#

• Hands-on experience with:

  • MySQL

  • JavaScript

  • HTML

  • CSS

• Experience developing and maintaining scalable web applications.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with and support clients from China.

• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI Agents, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of Blockchain technologies, Smart Contracts, or Cryptocurrency-related development.

• Experience in Android, iOS, or cross-platform mobile application development.

• Working knowledge of Python, Bash scripting, and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
