(Mandarin speaker needed) - Need to liaise with mandarin speaking supplier

• Provide administrative & backend support to the team

• In charge for the company setup related matters, include liaising with company secretary, local authorities and legal firms.

• Coordinate with relevant agencies for permits/licenses applications

• Responsible for matters related advertisement, including signage, banners, flyers

• Organize/ arrange and co-ordinate training programs for staffs

• Work closely with local insurance & property agents and vehicle dealers

• Update management on latest policies/implementation by local government & how it will affect our business

• Involved in certification activities such as ISO 9001

• Arrangement of cross border transportation, prepare the transport documentation, liaise with transporter for transport and container trucking arrangement.

• Review quality of purchased products, including getting feedback from end users

• Compare and evaluate price, quality, and delivery schedule from vendors

• Maintain cordial working relationship with vendors, monitor their performance and re-negotiate contracts

• Assist and take care of staff welfare

• Promote and support efforts for continual improvements

• In charge for all non-operational related matters issue

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a admin role

• Ability to multi-task

• Minimally completed secondary school education

• Good organization and communication skills

• MS office is a must

• Fluent in Mandarin
