Looking for a qualified Finance Manager from commercial or Big 10 audit firm for a PLC in KL.

They are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of some of their commercial business units.
This role offers strong exposure to both operational finance and strategic business partnering within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your new role

• Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
• Oversee monthly closing activities, including general ledger and sub-ledger management, and preparation of financial statements
• Manage and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, including preparation and review of tax submissions
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Drive continuous improvements in internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks
• Act as a finance business partner to operational and IT stakeholders, supporting performance optimisation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professionally qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MIA or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience
• Proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to automation tools (RPA) or AI-driven finance processes will be an added advantage
