Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: 1 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Supply Chain
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory planning strategies to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Continuously improve operational workflows and implement best practices.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs documentation, and shipping schedules.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of customer and distributor orders.
• Optimise logistics costs while maintaining service levels.

Financial & Administrative

• Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management.
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and production planning.
• Support contract management with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably within the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party manufacturers and distributors.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and international shipping.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
