RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR TASKS

• To ensure the productivity, yield and output of lines are optimized
• To solve technical problem and emergency cases
• To maintain line operation system in a proper channel
• To ensure technicians and operators are following the work instruction in operating their duty
• To troubleshoot the quality (technical) issues that occurred in the production process
• To maximize the production performance such as productivity and yield rate in order to minimize the defect and waste rates from the lens production process
• To perform corrective and preventive actions
• To perform the proper control of the non-conforming products
• To ensure proper identification of products in the production

SUB TASKS

• To conduct technical training program of Technician and Operator

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Supervision Skills
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent
• Preferably with technical, Problem solving method or tools and interaction
• Posses own transport and accommodations
