Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting sales operations, inventory and delivery within a manufacturing environment. The position involving customer coordination, order management, production planning liaison, logistics coordination, and sales administration

• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update sales orders details into the system
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.
• Support the sales team in tender submissions and document compilation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Assist in maintaining products licenses, certificates, and ISO-related documentation.
• Maintain and organize sales and production-related documentation (e.g., PO, DO, invoice, QC reports).
• Assist in inventory tracking, stock records, and coordination between store and production.

Requirements:

• Minimum in Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support within the manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and documentation flow (PO, DO, invoice, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP or inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday : 8.45am - 6pm

Saturday : 8.45am - 12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
