JOB SUMMARY

To support daily terminal operations by coordinating bus movements, assisting passengers and drivers, monitoring operational activities, and ensuring smooth traffic flow, safety, and service efficiency within the terminal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist passengers, bus drivers, and operators during daily terminal operations.
• Monitor bus movements, schedules, unauthorized stops, and route diversions.
• Coordinate bus frequency and direct buses and passengers to designated lanes and bays.
• Respond to operational issues, complaints, and service disruptions.
• Liaise with TMC, TOS Operators, and Ground Crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational areas, equipment, and incidents, and report issues accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, operational procedures, and ISO requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in terminal, transportation, logistics, or customer service operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
