1.To Organize, Lead, train and monitor subordinates of Maintenance department.
2.To Oversee the repair, service and maintenance of machineries and facilities to ensure smooth operation process with minimum downtime.
3.To prepare and implement preventive maintenance plan and monitor the execution to ensure machineries and facilities always upkeep in good condition.
4.To analyze cause of failure of machine and facilities, to implement corrective action to avoid recurrence in order to minimize downtime.
5.To monitor the stock level of spare part inventory and procurement cost to ensure it is properly managed all the time.
6.To Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities.
7.To Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
8.To Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
9.To Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

10. Qualification in Mechanical Engineering preferred
11. Preferably with knowledge in Autodesk (AutoCAD or related software)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
