JOB MISSION

As a premium supermarket in East Malaysia, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible by differentiating via quality, service, and curated in-store experiences. As a Baker in our premium supermarket, your mission is to deliver an exceptional bakery experience that reflects our commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of artisanal breads, pastries, and other baked goods with precision, consistency, and creativity.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the bakery section daily
• Bake fresh breads and pastries as needed
• Keep shelves and displays full and inviting
• Check product quality and report any issues
• Make sure prices and labels are accurate
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment
• Use FIFO / FEFO practices to manage freshness
• Assist with other store tasks as required

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Vocational Certificate (SKM) in Bakery, Pastry or related field ; or
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bakery or Patisserie
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Handle baking, cleaning & serving – even during busy hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
