岗位职责
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain and update employee files and records
2) Assist in preparing HR & Administrative documents
3) Record & monitor employee attendance and leave
4) Assist with recruitment and onboarding documentation
5) Perform filling, data entry and document control
6) Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
7) Manage office stationery and supplies
8) Support daily administrative operations
9) Perform any other duties assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS
1) SPM, Certificate or Diploma in a related field
2) Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
3) Good organizational and communication skills
4) Able to handle confidential information responsibly
5) Responsible, detail - oriented and willing to learn
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
