We're Hiring: Oracle Platform Engineer!
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Platform Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications and mission-critical data platforms across production and non-production environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP applications, Oracle Cloud data platforms, middleware technologies, and enterprise databases to ensure high availability, security, and operational excellence.
This role plays a key part in supporting digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and enterprise data migration programs while collaborating with cross-functional IT, business, and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle Database technologies, SQL Server, middleware administration, and enterprise production support.

What You'll Do:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise applications and data platforms, ensuring high availability, stability, and operational continuity.
- Provide production support for Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Cognos, SQL Server, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Perform proactive environment monitoring, system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Execute weekend maintenance, application patching, vulnerability remediation, database upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Perform cloning of production environments to non-production instances for development, testing, and quality assurance purposes.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution for enterprise applications and databases.
- Manage SSL certificate renewals and ensure secure communication across business-critical applications.
- Plan and execute database upgrades for Oracle and SQL Server environments.
- Support Change and Release Management activities, including deployment, migration, and promotion of changes across development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage SVN repositories, branch creation, merging strategies, and version control activities supporting application delivery.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for complex production issues.
- Support Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Fusion, and enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and corporate security standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and continuous improvement across application and database operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Applications Administration, Oracle Apps DBA, Database Administration, or Enterprise Platform Support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion enterprise environments.
- Solid experience with Oracle databases, including Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Experience administering SQL Server databases and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and enterprise data integration processes.
- Hands-on experience with Cognos, Oracle WebLogic, and enterprise middleware technologies.
- Experience performing environment cloning, database upgrades, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery activities.
- Strong understanding of Change and Release Management processes, including deployment and migration across multiple environments.
- Experience using SVN (Subversion) for source code and branch management.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments supporting enterprise applications and databases.
- Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, Excel4Apps, or enterprise data migration initiatives is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical, business, and global teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence, automation, continuous improvement, and platform modernization.
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, ITGC, and enterprise security standards is preferred.
